B.C. Reg. 327/2012 , deposited November 23, 2012, pursuant to the ADVANCED EDUCATION STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [section 45] and the ADVANCED EDUCATION STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2011 [section 56]. Order in Council 766/2012, approved and ordered November 22, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) sections 14 and 20 to 22 of the Advanced Education Statutes Amendment Act, 2003 , S.B.C. 2003, c. 48, are brought into force, and

(

b) sections 1, 16, 18, 22, 24 to 26, 51 and 55 of the Advanced Education Statutes Amendment Act, 2011 , S.B.C. 2012, c. 7, are brought into force.
