OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated September 3, 2003, pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (

e) and (f), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), 20, and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder,

Section 8(2) and 9(1), is pleased to: (

a) consent to the decision of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated's Board of Directors to amend the terms and conditions of the existing financial assistance to Ocean Nutrition Canada Limited in the manner contemplated in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated September 3, 2003; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
