Interpretation Act
OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 25, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2010, the Auditor General Act and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act is pleased, effective April 1, 2021, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Terry Spicer as Acting Auditor General; (
b) revoke the appointment of Mike MacPhee as Acting Deputy Auditor General; and (
c) appoint Mike MacPhee as Deputy Auditor General.
