Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

The boundaries of the Town of

Victoria

are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 668/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at the most western point of Rocky Pond and then running south a distance of 3,950 metres, more or less, to a point;

Then running along the boundary south 88 east a distance of 2,150 metres, more or less;

Then north 64 east a distance of 4,725 metres, more or less;

Then running north a distance of 300 metres, more or less, to the most eastern point of Forest Pond;

Then running in a generally westerly direction along the northern shoreline of Forest Pond to the southeastern boundary of land of Persalvic Regional High School, MTM north 5 292 430 and east 290 102;

Then running north along the boundary of Persalvic Regional High School to the northeastern corner which is located in the southern limit of the main highroad to Salmon Cove, north 5 292 643 and east 290 030;

Then continuing north a distance of 450 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the abandoned railroad right-of-way;

Then running north 64 west a distance of 2,275 metres, more or less, to the most easterly point of Rocky Pond;

Then running in a generally westerly direction along the northern shoreline of Rocky Pond to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
