OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated December 12, 2019, and pursuant to subsection 97(1) of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act , is pleased to amend the Police Regulations , N.S. Reg. 230/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-567 dated December 20, 2005, to extend the time for filing public complaints about municipal police officers, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 15, 2021.
