On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code , R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

Wayne Jupp of Peterborough

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of one year, effective May 2, 2017 to and including May 1, 2018.
