An Act to Amend the Management of Seized and Forfeited Property Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur la gestion des biens saisis et des biens confisqués Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 2(2) of the Management of Seized and Forfeited Property Act,

chapter M-0.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2008, is amended Le paragraphe 2(2) de la

Loi sur la gestion des biens saisis et des biens confisqués,

chapitre M-0.5 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de est modifié (

a) in paragraph (

b) by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;

a) à l’alinéa b ) de la version anglaise, par la sup- pression de « and » à la fin de l’alinéa; (

b) by adding after paragraph (

b) the following:
