Section 40 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act , is pleased to amend the Christmas Tree Levy Regulations , N.S. Reg. 168/1993, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 93-898 dated January 31, 1994, to repeal

Section 7 of the regulations, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 5, 2019.
