OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 14, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the interim operating charter for the Nova Scotia Tourism Agency established by Order in Council 2011-344 dated September 13, 2011; (

b) establish an operating charter for the Nova Scotia Tourism Agency, a special operating agency, containing the objects of the special operating agency, and terms, conditions and other provisions governing its operations as outlined in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation dated August 14, 2012; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
