B.C. Reg. 313/2005, deposited October 20, 2005, pursuant to the UTILITIES COMMISSION ACT [Section 3]. Order in Council 752/2005, approved and ordered October 19, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 1 of Special Direction No. 9 to the British Columbia Utilities Commission, B.C. Reg. 157/2005, is amended by repealing the definition of "deemed equity component" and substituting the following:

" deemed equity component " means, for the transmission corporation's financial year commencing April 1, 2005, and for all subsequent financial years, 40.7%; .
