Loi sur l’exécution des ordonnances de soutien Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 8 (1) of the Support Enforcement Act,

chapter S-15.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2005, is repealed and the following is substituted : 1 Le paragraphe 8(1) de la

chapitre S- 15.5 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2005, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 8(1) Subject to subsection (1.1), a payer shall provide the Director with information about himself or herself on a form provided by the Minister and shall 8(1)

Sous réserve du paragraphe (1.1), le payeur fournit au directeur des renseignements à son égard au moyen de la formule que fournit le ministre et, selon le cas : (

a) arrange with an income source, in accordance with the regulations, to have the income source pay the amount payable under the support order to the Director,

a) prend les mesures nécessaires auprès d’une source de revenu, en conformité avec les règlements, pour que celle-ci verse auprès du directeur le montant exigible en vertu de l’ordonnance de soutien; (

b) request the Director to issue a payment order to an income source,

b) demande au directeur de délivrer un ordre de paie- ment à une source de revenu; (

c) file security with the Director in the manner and amount prescribed by regulation to secure payment of the support order, or

c) dépose une sûreté auprès du directeur selon les modalités et pour le montant réglementaires en garantie de l’exécution de l’ordonnance de soutien; (

d) elect a method of payment prescribed by regula- tion.

Section of the Act is amended L’article de la Loi est modifié (

a) by repealing paragraph (g);
