OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 17, 2013, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) issue a grant or deed to convey a parcel of Crown land containing approximately 3 acres, located at Brooklyn, Queens County, and shown outlined in bold line on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Renova Scotia Bioenergy Inc., a body corporate having its registered office at Halifax, Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $783 per acre; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
