Order in Council 1671/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008 ,

Peter Jelley of Toronto

be appointed as a member of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of December 22, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008 , he be appointed as a member of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of December 22, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008 , he be designated as the chair of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of December 22, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made;
