On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 750/2016 dated May 18, 2016 that appointed

Nuwanthi Jayatunge of Toronto

as a Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
