OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated November 14, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 17 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Revenue Act, is pleased to amend the Revenue Act Regulations, N.S. Reg. 63/96, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-230 dated March 29, 1996, to provide for refunds of fuel taxes paid by organizations funded under the Community Transportation Assistance Program and by volunteer fire departments in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after December 2, 2008.
