, I designate the area generally known as the Winterhouse

Brook Water Supply Area, WS-S-0792, for the Town of Woody Point as a protected water supply area

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Humber Gros

Morne

abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 432,857 metres and northing 5,482,121 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly

direction for a distance of 1423 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 431,950 metres and northing 5,481,024 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly

direction for a distance of 872 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 431,542 metres and northing 5,481,795 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly

direction for a distance of 480 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 431,317 metres and northing 5,482,219 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly

direction for a distance of 754 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 431,639 metres and northing 5,482,901 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 167 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 431,698 metres and northing 5,482,745 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 816 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 432,488 metres and northing 5,482,540 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly

direction for a distance of 402 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 432,855 metres and northing 5,482,377 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 256 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
