OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated September 27, 2000, and pursuant to subsections 4(1) and 5(1) of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Disabled Persons' Commission, each for a term of office of two years commencing October 1, 2000, and ending September 30, 2002: Shaun Whittleton, Department of Education; Craig Hinchey, Department of Community Services; and Brian Wilbur, Department of Health; (
b) appoint the following persons as members of the Disabled Persons' Commission, each for a term of office of two years commencing October 1, 2000, and ending September 30, 2002: Karen Ramsland, Department of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations; and Heather Chandler, Department of Human Resources.
