British Columbia Order in Council — Order under Young Offenders (Canada), Parental Responsibility Effective January 1, 2002, Order in Council 2162/86 is amended to allow a person who has commenced an action for damages under the Parental Responsibility Act to obtain a copy of an order of disposition made under the Young Offenders Act, that relates to the child and incident that are the basis of the action, to be used as evidence to support the claim under the Parental Responsibility Act (O.C. 1010/2001)
