Order in Council 162/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1199/2017, dated June 14, 2017, Thomas Albert Foster was appointed as a member of the Municipality of Grey Highlands Police Services Board for a period of two years effective June 14, 2017;

and

whereas Thomas Albert Foster has, in writing, resigned his appointment effective September 28, 2018;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1199/2017, dated June 14, 2017 appointing Thomas Albert Foster as a member of the Municipality of Grey Highlands Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective September 28, 2018.
