Order in Council 1670/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 786/2021, dated the 10th day of June 2021, Tim Beckett was appointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario effective for a period ending on November 12, 2021;

And

whereas Tim Beckett has agreed to be reappointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to

section 8(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act , as amended, Tim Beckett is hereby reappointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario, effective the date this order in council is made, for a period not exceeding one year from the effective date of this reappointment.
