OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 19, 2013, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act is pleased to: (

a) approve the Minister of Natural Resources issuing a lease for a parcel of Crown land containing approximately 82.64 hectares (204.20 acres), located at Fall River, Halifax County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Boy Scouts of Canada Nova Scotia Provincial Council Property Society, a society having its registered office at Dartmouth, Halifax County, its successors, trustees, and permitted assigns, for the purpose of allowing the Society to further develop and use the site for Boy Scout activities, and for no other purpose, for a term of twenty years, with the right to renew the lease for a further twenty year term, provided that the Society has satisfactorily complied with the terms and conditions of the lease; and (

b) execute such documents as to achieve the purposes of this Order.
