Order in Council 1654/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Protect Ontario Through Safer Streets and Stronger Communities Act, 2025

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Protect Ontario Through Safer Streets and Stronger Communities Act, 2025 , c. 6, which amend the Christopher’s Law (Sex Offender Registry), 2000 , come into force:

Schedule 3, s. 1-3.
