OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 24, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 36 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2019, the Human Organ and Tissue Donation Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting the use of human organs, tissue and bodies donated after death for scientific research or education purposes, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 18, 2026.
