OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 22, 2001, pursuant to
Section 108 of
Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2000, the Probate Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 105 of
Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2000, the Probate Act, come into force on and not before March 30, 2001.
