B.C. Reg. 248/2007, deposited July 6, 2007, pursuant to the FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT [Section 14 (2)]. Treasury Board Regulation dated July 4, 2007.

Treasury Board orders that

section 2 of the Retention of Provincial Parks Parking Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 204/2003, is amended by adding the following subsection:

(4) A person, other than an operator or Tourism British Columbia, who has contracted with the government to collect parking pass fees on the government's behalf is authorized to retain a negotiated amount of up to 35% of the parking pass fees collected as remuneration for services performed.
