OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 4, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Doreen C. White, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 89-1396 dated December 12, 1989; and (
b) appoint Doreen C. White of Pictou, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits for a term to expire September 30, 2006.
