OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Accessibility Act dated September 9, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 13 and 14 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2017, the Accessibility Act , is pleased to appoint Denise DiGiosia of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), Max Chauvin of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth), Melissa Mixer of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth), and Lewis Pope of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Accessibility Advisory Board, each for a term of three (3) years commencing October 11, 2022.
