OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 4, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective June 26, 1999, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Crystal Stevens of R.R.#1 Maccan, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits to expire November 30, 2002, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-741 dated November 25, 1997; and (
b) appoint Crystal Simmonds of R.R.#1 Maccan, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits to expire November 30, 2002.
