OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 20, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 29 of

Chapter 100 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey the lands at Blockhouse Mines Road, Blockhouse, Lunenburg County, known as lot V-1A and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation to Langille's Excavation

(2003) Limited, for consideration of $1.00; (

b) authorize the Attorney General to make, execute and deliver a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Attorney General determines; and (

c) as conditions to the conveyance of the lands require Langille's Excavation

(2003) Limited to: (

i) pay the Department of Justice's fees in the amount of $750.00; (ii) pay any arrears of real property taxes assessed on the lands; (iii) migrate title to the lands at its own cost; and (iv) indemnify Her Majesty in Right of the Province for any claim that arises against Her Majesty in Right of the Province due to the vesting of the lands in Her Majesty in Right of the Province as a result of the dissolution of 1528689 Nova Scotia Limited in terms acceptable to the Attorney General.
