OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 21, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grant, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed five million three hundred and twenty-one thousand five hundred dollars ($5,321,500) for the cost of constructing a new 6-station hemodialysis unit at the Glace Bay General Hospital, Cape Breton, which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to “Capital Grants, Department of Health and Wellness”, effective on and after March 19, 2019.
