Reg. 96/2002, deposited May 16, 2002, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT

[section 22]. Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mines M172/2002, dated

May 6, 2002.

I, Richard Neufeld, Minister of Energy and

Mines, order that B.C. Reg. 54/2002 is amended in

section 3 by deleting the words

"hydro project" and replacing them with "highway improvement project". — R. NEUFELD,

Minister of Energy and Mines .
