OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services, dated December 15, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island respecting a joint Request for Proposals for the provision of corporate credit card services, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
