OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated March 24, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 21 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to designate as a controlled access highway the following sections of highway in the County of Lunenburg, all as shown on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation: (

a) all on and off ramps at Exit 12A of Highway 103; (

b) both the North and South Roundabouts at Exit 12A of Highway 103; and (

c) a

section of Logan Road, for a distance of approximately 436.5m, from approximately 100m north of the North Roundabout at Exit 12A of Highway 103 to approximately 100m south of the South Roundabout at Exit 12A of Highway 103.
