Order in Council 545/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Alicia Fraser of Toronto

is hereby appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective March 18, 2022.
