OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 4, 2005, pursuant to subsection (1) of
Section 32 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2004, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 7 to 10 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2004, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, come into force on and not before May 27, 2005.
