CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Statutes Act (Assented to December 17, 1982) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Statutes Amendment Act, 1982. Rev. Stat. c.S-59 The Statutes Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 4(1) is amended: (

a) by adding “or the Deputy Clerk” after “Clerk of the Legislative Assembly”; and (

b) by striking out “clerk” and substituting “Clerk of the Legislative Assembly or Deputy Clerk”. New

section

Section is repealed and the following substituted: Certified copies “10 The Clerk of the Legislative Assembly shall furnish a certified copy of any Act to any person applying for such a copy”.

Section amended
