On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Income Tax (BC Family Bonus) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 231/98, is amended

(

a) in

section 2 (1) (b), in the description for C,

(

i) in subparagraphs (

i) and (ii) (A), by striking out "$1 572" and substituting "$1 795",

(ii) in subparagraph (ii) (B), by striking out "$1 367" and substituting "$1 585", and

(iii) in subparagraph (ii) (C), by striking out "$1 290" and substituting "$1 507",

(

b) in

section 2 (1) (b), in subparagraph (iii) of the description for G, by striking out "$21 480" and substituting "$21 435",

(

c) in

section 3 (1), in the description for B,

(

i) in paragraph (a), by striking out "$576" and substituting "$243",

(ii) in paragraph (b) (
