OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments: To be Acting Minister of Tourism and Culture, Acting Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Sport and Recreation Commission, Acting Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act, and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister from 8:20 a.m., Thursday, March 21, 2002 until 10:12 a.m., Friday, March 22, 2002: the Honourable Angus MacIsaac; To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Glenda Deveau of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, for a term to expire March 31, 2007; Nicole Lyn Dugas of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, for a term to expire March 31, 2007; and Suzanne M.

Gardiner of Antigonish, Antigonish County, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
