OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated February 15, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to enter into the Canada/Atlantic Provinces Agreement on International Business Development (IBDA), in the form substantially as contained in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated February 15, 2011.
