OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 4, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Canada Revenue Agency for the continued electronic transfer of taxpayer information.
