Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Land Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 245, s. 15 (5) Other: OIC 2452/1957 O10602533 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the reserve established by Order in Council 2452/1957 is cancelled insofar as it relates to the following lands located within that reserve: (

a) the lands shown outlined in bold black on the map attached as

Schedule 1, titled “Area to be removed from Site C Flooding Reserve OIC” and date d March 31, 2022, and described as Parts of Parcel 1, Sec 19, Lot 1, Sec 19, Lot 1, Sec and the NW1/4 of Sec 20, all within Township 82, Range 24, West of the 6th Meridian, Peace River District together with Unsurveyed Crown Land adjacent to said parcels and Crown Foreshore, or land covered by water, being the bed of Farrell Creek; (

b) the lands shown outlined in bold black on the map attached as
