OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 27, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into an agreement with the Atlantic provinces in order to formalize the Atlantic Block funding model in support of the pan-Canadian Oncology Drug Review (pCODR) and to establish the terms regarding the representation of their interests on the pCODR Steering Committee, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or an agreement to like form and effect, effective on and after January 15, 2013.
