OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective on and after December 15, 2020, provide approval for the Minister of Justice to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada respecting the provision of substance-related mortality and harms research by the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service in the form set forth in the Report and Recommendation, subject to variations as the Minister determines are necessary and do not materially change the nature of the Memorandum of Agreement.
