Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 3, 1998, and pursuant to clause 3(

a) and

Section 4 of

Chapter 192 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint H. Larry Doane of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chairman of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of office commencing December 15, 1998 and ending December 14, 2001; (

b) appoint Linda Moreash of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Secretary of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of office commencing December 15, 1998 and ending December 14, 2001; and (

c) appoint the following persons as members of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, each for a term of office commencing December 15, 1998 and ending December 14, 2001: Donna B. Foulkes of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Bill Stone of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Michele Wood-Tweel,CA of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
