OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 13, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into an agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada for funding to support physical activity and healthy eating initiatives, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or an agreement to like form and effect, effective on and after August 7, 2012.
