OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated August 9, 2000, pursuant to Sections 120 and 123 of

Chapter 6 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Marketing Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Dr. Rick Whitman, Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Marketing, Kentville, Kings County, as a member of the Apple Maggot Control Board for a further term of office of one year effective April 1, 2000; (

b) appoint Myrna Blenkhorn, Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Marketing, Kentville, Kings County, as a member of the Apple Maggot Control Board for a term of office of one year effective April 1, 2000; (

c) reappoint Greg Cunningham, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Apple Maggot Control Board for a further term of office of one year effective April 1, 2000; (

d) designate Dr. Rick Whitman as Chair of the Apple Maggot Control Board; and (

e) designate Myrna Blenkhorn as Secretary of the Apple Maggot Control Board.
