OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Acting Minister of Human Resources dated May 6, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 2 of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to designate seasonal employees who are members of the bargaining unit in accordance with the Civil Service Collective Bargaining Act and who work for a specific period of more than four (4) months in a season to be and to have been employees for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act, effective April 13, 2008.
