Statute: Efficiency Nova Scotia Corporation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated August 3, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act and pursuant to clause 10(1)(

b) of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2009, the Efficiency Nova Scotia Corporation Act is pleased, effective August 24, 2010, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Nancy Vanstone as the non-voting member of the board of directors of Efficiency Nova Scotia Corporation made by Order in Council 2010-39 dated January 22, 2010; and (

b) appoint Peter Underwood as the non-voting member of the board of directors of Efficiency Nova Scotia Corporation.
