OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 30, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Joan A. Vigneau of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Home of the Guardian Angel, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-706, dated September 17, 1996; and (

b) appoint Joan A. Vigneau of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
