Order in Council 200/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

And

whereas Jayashree (Jay) Sengupta tendered her resignation effective January 6, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act , Order in Council O.C. 864/2014 be revoked effective January 6, 2018.
